The Discover your iPhone class was such a success, we are starting a new program: Lunch and Learn. Bob Hall has graciously agreed to head up this new ministry. At the next Lunch and Learn, March 28 at 11:30am, join us for part two of Discover Your iPhone. Bring a lunch and your iPhone and learn what it can do!
The Daughters of the King are hosting a Women’s Spirituality Retreat on April 1st, 9am-1pm, for all SPBTS women and friends. The event begins with a light breakfast and conversation. Planned activities include a soul collage, and introduction to the practice of labyrinth walking and a group labyrinth walk.
Please join the Daughters of the King in supporting the DignityUWear annual Undies Campaign by donating new underwear and socks for men, women, and especially school-aged children. Donations can be placed in the box located in the Christopher Lobby. You can also give money to buy underwear. Make checks payable to SPBTS and write “undies campaign” in the memo. Thank you!
Our Lenten series begins Wednesday, March 8th. We begin at 6pm in the church with a Taizé Service. At 6:30, we will go to the Parish Hall for a light supper and education. All are welcome!
Dr. Enith Vardaman will lead an iPhone workshop entitled Discovering your iPhone on Tuesday March 7th at 11am in the Christopher Lobby. Bring your Apple iPhone and see what it is capable of doing.
Our Ash Wednesday service times are 7am, 8:10am (with BES), 10:30am, and 6pm.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake / Red Beans and Rice Supper (February 28 at 6pm) tickets are available at coffee hour or in the parish office during the week. All proceeds benefit SPY’s summer mission trips.

“Make History Come Alive” with author, Robert L. Gold, Ph. D. Beginning February 10, join Dr. Gold on Fridays from 10-11am in the Christopher Lobby for a fascinating six-week-walk through 250 years of Spanish colonial history in Florida with an emphasis on St. Augustine. The series will end with a morning tour of St. Augustine on March 24th. Registration is $55. Sign up during coffee hour on January 29 or February 5.
